"I expected the driver to meet us at arrivals with a name board, which is what your website states will happen . However, we had send a text to let him know when we were through the airport, then we had to go outside the terminal building and find the pickup point, then had to wait 10 mins for him to arrive. His driving was excellent and the journey was smooth."
