"I phoned 3 times to find out where the taxi was as we had a dinner reservation at 1745. The person hung up on me twice. I told him to cancel the taxi as we were going to be late. I received a text after we’d jumped in a cab to say the driver had arrived. The driver ‘arrived’ at the same time as our reservation was. Worst customer service ever! I expect a full refund."

"5* Service from The Cab Guy I had to organise an airport pick-up at short notice. THE CAB GUY went above and beyond to make sure everything was in order. Amar got in contact within minutes of making the booking online. He was able to let me know the driver’s name and contact number despite the very short notice of the booking. The whole booking process was extremely easy and straight forward and the price quoted and paid was very competitive compared to more well known companies. I would highly recommend THE CAB GUY to anyone!!"

"The booking process is very easy and convenient. However had a terrible experience being driven to Auchentoshan and back. We'd booked return journey. 1.And we had to wait for 15mins before the driver (Amar Ullah from the Cab Guy)turned up. 2. When we called him, he said we had said airport as pick up point. We clarified that the pick up point recorded was Glasgow central. He then agreed to come and pick us up. 3. On arrival, he did apologise for being late. 4.Then when we wanted to confirm with him the destination, he said he got it but we paid incorrect price for the address. When I asked were we charged more or less, he said less since the destination is 16 miles away. So I said that if he thinks we paid less, he should speak to the booking guys. For which he said that he's the booking guy. 5. Immediately then he asked us to check the destination post code, if we got it correct. 6. When we have him the correct post code, he agreed that that is where it is and the suddenly took out guide card and asked us to book with him directly as through the app, we were charged more. 6. Since we were travelling for work, my partner and I were discussing official work, which the driver Amar Ullah, interrupted again with reading his price list and how much it would cost us if we book through him directly. Or with multiple pine casks which he took over blue tooth, discussing with family and friends or playing the music loudly. 7. His car had a funny smell(unpleasant). 8. He came to pick us up in shorts, saying it is his day off. Overall terribly unprofessional and awful experience. Thanks Sameer. "
